Nominations for Senior Treasurer

Nominations are now open for the position of Senior Treasurer. This position will be filled in an election at the Ordinary Meeting of the Standing Committee in 7th Week.

The Senior Treasurer is responsible for oversight of the Union's finances and staff, including assisting in the Society's audit and accounting processes, and attending key committee meetings, alongside other joint responsibilities with the Senior Librarian.

In order to nominate for this position Members must;

•     Be a member of any university's Convocation;

•     Have been members of the Union for at least two years.

Members who wish to nominate should do so by writing to the Returning Officer at ro@oxford-union.org. They must provide proof that they are a member of any Convocation and have been a Member of the Union for at least two years. Prospective nominees are also advised that they should include any information they wish to be considered in reference to their candidacy in their written nomination.
