Cass Sunstein is a best-selling author and a leading legal scholar in the USA, best known for his work in behavioral economics. He worked as a professor in Chicago for over 25 years and has produced highly influential works on constitutional, environmental and administrative law. Between 2009 and 2012 he served in office as Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, under President Obama. He is one of the most cited contemporary legal scholars in the United States.
