Vikas Khanna is a Michelin-starred chef, author and filmmaker from Amritsar who has done more than almost anyone to bring Indian cuisine to a global audience. His New York restaurant Junoon held a Michelin star for six consecutive years, and his latest, Bungalow, opened in the East Village in 2024. The longest-serving judge on MasterChef India, he has written more than 40 cookbooks, including the record-breaking Utsav, and has cooked for Pope Francis, the Dalai Lama and Barack Obama.
